Positioned as a middle-high class hot pot restaurant, Hotpot Palace offers high-quality Japanese Wagyu, Canadian Angus beef, seasonal seafood and more. To further differentiate from all-you-can-eat competitors we decided not to show the a la carte menu at the website to strengthen the brand image.
In the past 18 months of works till the end of 2018, we utilized social media platforms and introduced many food items from the a la carte menu, promoted seasonal and special food offerings, and of course, we occasionally revealed some backstage stories and performed lucky draws that increased awareness and attracted many viewers for a visit.
Behind each attempting food photo, we usually provide a short intro to the food or ingredient, some may come with a guideline for cooking, pairing with broth, dipping sauce, and beverage, etc.
