TRI-POT

RICHMOND : BC : CANADA

Tri-Pot is the first and only establishment in Vancouver that offers traditional “heated Taiwanese stewed-snack”.

To introduce this obscure Taiwanese food culture to the Canadian market, we defined its position as a “street-food” product. The logo identity we designed is tailored to appeal to both local and Asian communities. Loaded with appetizing images, the website provides information on the cooking method and the variety of food selection.

In-store flyers introduced the “heated Taiwanese stewed-snack”, also used as an order form to select individual LuWei items.

Discount card distributed during the grand opening month

After about one year, a campaign with four LuWei Platter combos has launched to help beginners to start their LuWei tasting by reading shorter lists of items at designated categories. Surprisingly, return customers who use to order from the regular menu also switched to the combo menu. Although the combos offered a small discount, the sale volume was up significantly and yielded a higher net profit.
