JENJUDAN CANADA

CANADA

Jenjudan has a decade of history in Taiwan and is the first bubble tea seller focused on brown sugar beverages with all-natural ingredients and their creation “Brown Sugar Pearl Milk” got many imitations in recent years. In 2019, Canada's Vancouver is the first stop of Jenjudan's worldwide expansion outside Asia.

Rework on the bilingual identity was the first step to help this master of brown sugar drinks reaching the English speaking audience. Next, we developed a whole new and localized website that covers in-depth information to promote this bubble tea brand and products mainly for North American markets.

The official English name Jenjudan is a combination of “Jen”, “Ju”, and “Dan” from the mandarine pronunciation of the Chinese characters.

The English name in sans-serif all-capital letters at the logo for Asian markets is a bit hard to read and boring. We sought and customized a more stylish serif typeface that well matches the brush script Chinese logo, especially the extended capital letter "J" makes the English name easy to read and remember.

Since lots of similar products already sold in many North American cities, we created a tagline to introduce to the public Jenjudan is the pioneer of brown sugar bubble tea and milk beverages.

We prepared a number of layout templates with guidelines for producing light-box and channel-letter signs to match different storefront structure and requirement
