We developed this website to fulfil the property owner's need for a simple but professional website to showcase their commercial building and available units for lease.
Our main tasks in the design process were providing advice in copywriting and touching up their on-site photos. And unlike the trends in using pre-built CMS platforms to set up easily hacked websites, the client agreed to have us prepare a maintenance-free website with customized web coding that saves endless effort to maintain the internet security.
Google Maps showed on the Home page allowed potential tenants to easily explore the exact location of the property, surrounding traffic and amenities.
On the Property Details page, visitors can click on the images at the bottom to see the full-size version.
On the Lease Opportunities page, each unit's details, photo gallery, links to floor plan and virtual tour are well-arranged for browsing at all screen sizes.
